The challenge
Mediseo sells SEO, content marketing and web design into German healthcare — doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, clinics and pharmaceutical brands. Selling marketing services to marketers-of-record is hard enough; selling them to clinicians who are sceptical of agencies is harder.
A generic agency site would have failed here. Each vertical has different regulation, different patient behaviour and different vocabulary, and the whole thing had to be written and built in German for a German audience — not translated into it.
A page per vertical, not a page per service
We structured the site around the practice types Mediseo serves rather than around the services it sells. A dentist lands on a page about dental practices; a clinic lands on a page about clinics.
That structure does two things at once: it makes the agency look like a specialist rather than a generalist, and it gives each vertical its own focused, searchable landing page.
Built in German
The whole site is a German-language build. Copy structure, headings, navigation labels and calls to action were all set in German rather than being retrofitted from an English original, which is where most translated sites start to read wrong.
It is the same discipline we applied to the Tagesklinik Waldfriede clinic pages and to SV Bad Heilbrunn.
Patient acquisition as the through-line
Every service is framed by what the practice actually wants: more of the right patients booking appointments. Search visibility, content and site design are presented as means to that outcome rather than as deliverables in their own right.
Enquiry routes are short and consistent across verticals, so the site behaves the same way wherever a visitor enters it.
The outcome
Mediseo presents as a genuine healthcare specialist in its own market and language, with a dedicated landing page for every practice type it serves.
The relationship also produced the Tagesklinik Waldfriede build — a psychiatric day clinic landing experience delivered under the same domain — and it is a large part of why German-language delivery is a standing capability for us.
